Check In

On-site check in will be from 8:30 am to 9:00 am on Saturday, September 17, 2011.

Teams & Divisions

Up to four (4) team members may register to be in a cook site. Teams fall under one of two divisions:

Bean Soup

Awards

Business Division

The winner of this division will be awarded the "Spill the Beans" Traveling Trophy to display until next year’s event. This trophy will be replaced by a smaller trophy/plaque at the event the following year.

Individuals & Non-Profit Organizations Division

The top three (3) teams in this division will receive cash prizes of:

1st place $500
2nd place $250
3rd place $100

People's Choice Award

All participants qualify for the People's Choice Award. Winner will be the participant receiving the most votes from the event attendees. Details on voting procedures will be available at the event.

Proceeds will be split with half going to the winner and half to the event to be distributed to the benefiting charitable organizations.

Best Booth Award

Cook sites may be decorated. Decorated cooksites will be judged for a separate prize of $100 to the best booth depicting the theme of your soup. Businesses may use their site to advertise their business.
